Its not a good product at all. The membrane filter gets damaged every 2/3 months and need replacement. I tried to escalate to the highest level but the story is same. Also there r a few electrical parts that need replacement every 5 months. Price ranged atleast 1.5k. I m in blore and really frustrated bcoz the filter runs for 24hrs still the storage do not fill. Hope u would u'stand the pain and think b4 purchasing this one.

There also it is working flawlessly. Genuine and good product, do what is meant for.

Giving 1 star, feeling cheated. Bought it 2 months ago and its RO Membrane stopped working. Got to know that it doesnot come under warranty.Have to 2140 extra to get a new one. I asked the Technician to check TDS and it was 140 which too high. One can get sick because of this.THis is really pathetic product and would not suggest someone to take it.
Pureit Marvella is an excellent buy but the replacement filter cartridges are very expensive

Pureit Marvella is an excellent buy but the replacement filter cartridges are very expensive. Customer ends up paying 6500 Rupees every 2 years just for the various filter cartridges kit. This is a very clever marketing technique as potential customers only see the price of the RO unit but not the maintenance costs later on which is higher than the unit itself ! Buyers please check costs of filter kits and buy !
